Outbuildings

Three one-car garages are conveniently located near the Main House enhancing the compound’s aesthetics.

Gatehouse (Caretakers Quarters or Guest House)

The gatehouse of approximately 1900 square feet can be converted into two apartments to accommodate multiple staff or remain as one unit consisting of three bedrooms, two baths, laundry room, full kitchen, and workroom.  Attached garage can house a large RV.

Office Building

Privately located and concealed from the Main House, the office building of approximately 1000 square feet includes a reception area with wet bar and half bath and large office area with fireplace.  A wall of windows provides a panoramic view of the mountains to the east.  The office building, with modifications, could be converted to a guest house.

Artist’s Studio

There are two underground concrete buildings.  One currently serves as a root cellar but could be a wine cellar.  The other is a pump house for the private well.
